No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose machines, materials and part size fit the job.

What if a lead is not what the preview described?

Any country. Buyers can name a preferred region, so shops in North America, Europe, Japan, Korea and the rest of Asia see the requests from buyers who asked for them.
